When’s the last time you had a food fight?

Since I’m on this healthy living plan…eating better, working on, taking care of my skin, etc. I figure that I should FORCE THIS ON help my family as well, since “B” is coming to stay for a bit and both he and Mr. S need to lose weight just like me. Truth be told, B has already started his program and from what I hear he’s dropped quite a bit of weight already.

So, where do I turn to find good healthy recipes and ideas to make dinner more “interesting?” Why, one of my favorite online celebrity chefs…Bobby Flay of course.
