The trend of wearing feathers in one’s hair, as earrings or any other type of accessory is one that I’d like to see fly the coop. As a child of the 60’s & 70’s I’ve seen more than my share and frankly I wonder how they escaped the roach clip and ended up hanging from the ears of teens, 20-somethings and wannabees. Seeing them on the Real Housewives, the over-the-hill-gang who loves nothing more than dressing as if they were still in high school, was the tipping point. I’m DONE, over-it, and would like nothing more than to see this one put to rest.
