I often wonder which is better and WHY? Lotion or cream?
So, I put two of the same companies products to the test this morning. I honestly didn’t know WHICH I’d like better.
Carmex Healing Lotion vs. Carmex Healing Cream
With the lotion on my right hand, I rubbed it in. I found it to be light, yet still emollient, with just a trace of a clean, fresh scent. Not at ALL greasy, it w
as felt great for everyday use. My feeling is that this would be a good product to maintain soft skin.

- Rich healing ingredients, including Aloe and Vitamin E, nourish and moisturize skin
- Absorbs fast for a non-greasy feel; has a light, pleasant scent
While I like it, my skin tends toward EXTREMELY dry, mostly because it is exposed year to the sun in Florida year round.
On my left hand I tried the Carmex Healing Cream. I immediately noticed a HUGE difference between this and the lotion. It’s much heavier and is HIGHLY concentrated. While it took a bit longer to absorb into my skin, the difference was quite dramatic. My dry flaky skin looked felt soft and smooth.
