I’m NOT making this up. Today: June 22, 2015 is chocolate eclair day and what better way to celebrate than with one of THESE!!!
I crave Good Humor Chocolate Eclairs (they remind me of the truck that used to come through the neighborhood when I was young). Last week, when I visited Winston-Salem, North Carolina I stayed at Graylyn. On my floor was an “ice cream room” (which if I must say so, is the BEST addition to a hotel I’ve ever seen).
What is an ice cream room?
At Graylyn the ice cream room was set up for those late night munchies and early morning coffee needs. It is a pantry with an espresso, coffee, tea machine -(free), a soda machine (pay), and ice machine, and a FREEZER stocked with Good Humor ice cream bars including my FAVE…Chocolate Eclairs (all free). You KNOW there was some midnight snacking going on in my room!
Was it the added fun?
Or did I notice that the Chocolate Eclairs have even MORE crunchy topping than they used to?
