When Rachel and I visited Hong Kong a couple of years ago, we spent the week exploring nooks and crannies of the city that went well beyong the usual tourism spots. That visit left me wanting more and my bucket list now includes heading back for some of the more historical celebrations like the Dragon Boat Carnival (and a few not so historic – like the Rugby 7’s tournament).
