You’re invited to lunch.

Thank you for coming to the mansion for a light lunch. It was lots of fun having you and I hope that you enjoyed the Progresso NEW High Fiber Chicken Tuscany soup. Progresso sent us this as well as Creamy Tomato Basil just for “our” little lunch today. These soups are going to be available in August and I’m looking forward to trying the Hearty Vegetable and Noodles and Homestyle Minestrone as well.

I actually have high cholesterol, so I’m planning on adding these soups to my regular diet. Not only was the soup full of beans and vegetables, but it was rich and delicious. The stock had the feel of homemade soup and it was nice and thick. I’m guessing that these would be great for anyone wanting to watch their weight as well, because I found that the fiber really filled me up and I wasn’t looking for an afternoon snack (or dessert).

Once again I find myself at the beginning of the learning curve. This was the FIRST TIME I ever held a video camera in my hands. Next time I’ll know not to wear flip-flops, as I noticed a “smacking” sound in the background that turned out to be ME taking a step.

Thank you so much to Progresso and My Blog Spark for delivering lunch and my new favorite toy – the Flip HD Mino Video Camera.

I have to say that this was the MOST difficult thing to do, so thank you. We'll have to "do lunch" again some time.
