This is certainly going to be an exciting year for the cruise industry, and while I’ve not traveled on a Viking Ocean Cruises yet, I am excited to experience what they have in store for those of us who want more from a cruise than beer pong in the hot tub (yes, I had that happen). If an ocean cruise with Viking even comes close to the Christmas Market River Cruise I sailed with them, then I suggest that you book your trip NOW, because I can’t imagine a more wonderful way to spend your vacation.

We’ve done 3 river cruises with Viking and loved each one, so we would expect the same impeccable service and gourmet food on the ocean voyages. Although we don’t know all cruise lines, we’re waging a guess that Viking’s right up at the top!
