We love a good subscription service, and our favorite this season is one that’s been a staple for so many years. There is nothing like escaping with a good book, and the gift of reading is an unexpected treat. I compared the prices to my bookstore, and even without the $ off, the books are so much less.

4. AirSelfie Pocket-sized Selfie Drone
I have to admit, that I hadn’t jumped on the drone bandwagon until NOW! Perfect for the traveler or those who are selfie-obsessed, this small drone fits in your pocket, pocketbook or the palm of your hand and is smaller than your mobile phone. Weighing in at a mere 2 ounces, the flying camera features a 5-megapixel camera and a 4 GB SD memory card and syncs with your mobile phone for easy photo sharing. Available at Best Buy, Amazon and their own site for around $340.
5. Urban Leaf
I adore the world’s smallest garden, that’s perfect for my kitchen windowsill. It’s a fun way to recycle your bottles (ahem…my WINE bottles), bring life to your kitchen, and fresh herbs to your recipes. You simply insert the Urban Leaf bottle in YOUR bottle with water and the water in the bottle will allow your plant to water itself for up to a month at a time (great for brown thumbs like me). At only $22 it’s a great gift for just about anyone.
