Sparkling Strawberry Lemonade (MOCKTAIL!)

Are you ready for Spring? I sure am. It’s been a long winter (even down here in Florida where the days have been quite cool). Just to warm you up a bit and to get in the mood for the birds chirping and the flowers blooming I have a few cocktails and mocktails for your first of the year backyard party (or even an Easter brunch).

Ingredients

• 2 Bottles of VOGA Italia Moscato Wine
• 1 12 oz. bottle of Peach Beer (VOGA recommends using Dogfish Head’s Festina Pêche or Lindemans Pêche Lambic)
• 3 oz. Triple Sec
• 2 sliced peaches
• 2 sliced apricots
• 1 container of fresh raspberries
• 1 sliced Granny Smith apple
• 1 sliced orange

 Directions

1. Pour wine and beer in a large pitcher and add sliced fruit and berries.

2. Next add triple sec and stir gently.

3. Cover and chill from 2-24 hours (the longer, the better!)

4. Before serving, top with club soda.

5. Stir gently and serve over ice.

Makes about 15 servings

VOGA Spicy Sparkling Mimosas

Ingredients

• 1/2 Bottle of VOGA Sparkling
• 5 1/2 cups orange juice
• 2 3/4 cups pineapple juice
• 1/2 tablespoon finely grated ginger

 Directions

1. Mix orange juice and pineapple juice in a pitcher.

2. Pour VOGA Sparkling into pitcher.

3. Add ginger.

4. Stir and enjoy!

• 4 oz Lemonade Sparkling ICE
• 6-7 Strawberries, hulled (plus more for garnish)
• Ice

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until it becomes slushy.

2. Pour into a chilled glass (or shot glasses) and garnish with a strawberry.
