I hate money. I just get it and I want to get rid of it. So growing up winning Publishers Clearing House would have to be the route for me to keep anything around. Growing up I always had all of these plans of being rich such as developing mini robots to combat ant infestations or living out Willy Wonka. Now, as an adult I haven’t thought about it as much but I figure I would like any prizes as a work salary so I don’t blow it all at once (I never said I was responsible).
The prize I would really love to win is The Publishers Clearing House “Forever Prize.” The forever Prize is so cool, wouldn’t you love to win $5000 a week for the rest of your life? I know I would. You and you could pass it on to someone you love as well.
Do you want to know my plan?
I grew up watching DuckTales and I’ve always wanted to Scrooge McDuck into a vault of pennies to swim in. I wonder how many weeks that would take? Ok, I was joking but here is what I would really do:
The real question here should be how little would I do (honestly I don’t think my lifestyle would change much). I’d save my money for a while until I could afford a place a little closer to the beach (I’m only 4 miles away as it stands). I wouldn’t want to go too crazy with spending money because I’m not a flashy guy. Then I’d do as little as possible so I can help all my friends and family out with money because I have special plans for the godfathered money.
As far as the pass it on prize I have put a bit more thought into. I have always been a great fan of the Dickens novel Great Expectations. And honestly I would love to find a real life Pip and be an anonymous benefactor. Ok, I do realize how creepy that sounds but I think that will be the most interesting way to use the second half of the prize. I know it seems kind of crazy but that represents me and one of my favorite pieces of literature ever.

My plan is SOOOO different than Ben’s
Well, while Ben is being all altruistic and everything, my mind immediately goes to….FRANCE. I save money year round just to be able to go each year, and have been doing it as I’ve been able since 1972, when I lived there. My dream has ALWAYS been to have my own place either in Paris or maybe in the Loire Valley.
If I won Publisher’s Clearing House Forever Prize, I’d be VISITING France FOREVER. Well, not permanently, but I’d certainly use the money to go back and forth a few times a year and take my friends and family with me (because what good is living your dream if you can’t share it). $5.000 a week would buy a LOT of macarons!
Of course, there’s no question as to whom I’d legacy the prize money after I’m gone. It would be Ben. He deserves to live his dreams, even if it does mean giving it all away.
What would you do with $5000 a week for the rest of your life?
And more importantly who would be your beneficiary (who is your Pip)? You can enter for your chance to win The Forever Prize here: FOREVER PRIZE
The “Forever” Prize lets you leave a legacy for your loved ones. Win, and you’d get $5,000 a week for your life, then after that, you’d get to choose someone to receive $5,000 a week for their life! It’s unlike any other PCH prize — and it’s GUARANTEED to be awarded this August!

I would travel with Zippy way more often!

I would first say Thank You Lord! Second I would purchase a home for my Father (83 w/Alzheimers) and myself, plus 2 more homes for my siblings. Purchase a building, to make an inexpensive funeral home for families unable to pay these rediculous and outrageous prices charged to families.
