While I didn’t think that there was much left to say about my favorite Boca Raton restaurant, this week I returned to the usual FABULOUS Euro-Fusion cuisine of Chef Josef Schibanetz for a bit of a different experience. I’ve sat on the outdoor patio while waiting for dinner, but I never expected the transformation that Josef’s Table owner Mel Lechner was able to pull off.
I arrived to find the simple outdoor patio had been transformed into an Al Fresco dining event, complete with piped in music and billowing curtains. The atmosphere was that of a European villa, with great food, good friends and lively conversation…but, Josef’s Table ALWAYS seems to bring out the best.
It’s all in the details, and between Chef Josef and Sommelier & General Manager Krista McCracken, no stone is left unturned. From my new favorite wine – Tasca D’almerita “Regaleali” Bianco IGT to a Cioppino that includes lobster, scallops, calamari & mussels infused with the perfect touch of saffron, they have made it so easy to come back for more. Check out the prix fixe dinners for only $39.95 per person and choose from 6 appetizers, 6 entrées and 4 dessert choices.
NOTE: Wine lovers can not miss Krista’s “Sommelier Flights by the Glass” specials. You’ll have the opportunity to taste incredibly delectable, rare wines at a great price!
If you live in the area and you haven’t dined at Josef’s Table – shame on you! You’re missing out on the BEST food in the area. Snowbirds and vacationers you NEED to add Josef’s Table to your dining itinerary.

Thank you to Mel Lechner, Chef Josef Schibanetz and Kim Morgan for inviting me to this amazing dinner. All opinions are strictly my own.

I would love to enjoy a Josef’s meal with Hubs tonight instead of the casserole I have planned with the cranky kids. LOL
