I asked Mr. S which Fathers Day gifts he remembered and I was shocked that each of them were the types of things that I may have given my dad…or my dad may have given his father. I suppose it has to do with either tradition or maybe that they’re sterotypes, but either way I figure that
MEMORABLE GIFTS tend to be the most practical
I remember that MP3 player that we never could figure out how to use when they first came out that we got Mr. S and realized that 30 years later he still had those ties, wore those undershirts and carried that billfold till it was no longer functional.

The TIE
I am a HUGE fan of Paul Smith for men and his ties are no exception. This skinny Paul Smith tie in silk jacquard is detailed with a colorful flower pattern. Made of 100% silk it is available from one of my favorite places online to buy men’s apparel – East Dane.
No one said a wallet had to be boring
While gifting dad a wallet may be traditional, this Salvatore Ferragamo wallet from East Dane is anything but, and while it may set you back a pretty penny it is truly a statement that says – YOU DESERVE IT DAD.

Yes, it was a thing. Yes, the English have a wicked sense of humor ROTFL.
