With the closings of so many of the video stores like Movie Gallery and Blockbuster, going out to rent a movie may be a little more difficult.
Here at the mansion we have a Roku player and we stream movies directly from Amazon. The problem is that each movie rental is $4-$5 and they’re only good for ONE night. If you don’t “get” to the movie in 24 hrs., then in some cases renting can be as expensive as purchasing.
I’m sure many of you have seen those Bright Red vending machines popping up in your neighborhood Wal-Mart or other retail stores that rent movies. If you’ve never considered renting from a kiosk – you’re in for a BIG SURPRISE.
