I’m a Movado girl. My dad was a Movado guy and my mom wore a Movado as well. As a matter of fact, my brother purchased my dad’s watch when he was in Switzerland. My son will get my dad’s Movado one day – as it’s an iconic piece of jewelry (it’s one of the original museum watches…thin, sleek, and handsome).
They’re classic and elegant and FUN all at the same time. So, it was NO SURPRISE to see that they stepped to the edge to work with Chris Benz. fashions’ PRINCE of color. His work is FUN, FUNKY and FEMININE and he’s taken that young, edgy appeal and designed an INCREDIBLE collection of watches.
Following in the footsteps of artists like Andy Warhol, Kenny Scharf and Miami’s Romano Britto (Brazilian, but as a South Floridian – he’s OURS) – Movado has once again brought us iconic art and style that’s artsy and functional. I can’t wait to get into their store at the mall and try one on.
