They say that diamonds are a girls best friend, but I don’t think they’re right. Looking GREAT is a girl’s best friend and as far as I know, the only way to get there naturally is via a good diet and a fitness regime that you can stick too. Of course I love to add STYLE to my fitness and Jawbone is the epitome of fitness reinvented with style.
I’ve been wearing a Jawbone Up (on and off) for a few years now. The one in the picture above is an older version of what I’ll be telling you about. After seeing these new Up3’s, I’m ready to move up.
Look at how STYLISH Jawbone has become.
While I’m able to do the basics on my old UP, the new Jawbone UP2 and UP3 can do so much more.
Jawbone UP2
- Activity tracking
- Track your sleep
- Log your food intake
- Smart coach
Of course if I want the style ABOVE (and I do), I’m just skipping right from my original Jawbone UP to the
Jawbone UP3
Here’s WHY:
- Track all stages of sleep: REM-Light-Deep – using advanced sensors
- Smart Coach to help you get the most out of a night’s sleep and IMPROVE the quality of your days
- Advanced activity monitoring
- Log your meals
- Heart health – taking it one step beyond just monitoring how many beats per minute, the advanced bioimpedance sensors can also track RESTING heart rate to help you take care of your heart.
- Multi-sensor technology
- Stylish!
This is a Jawbone that will look like an accessory, yet set the bar higher than the other monitors on the market. It’s thin, sleek, stylish good looks paired with the technology you’ve been looking for, makes Jawbone the MUST HAVE accessory of the year.

You will have to keep us updated on how you like the new and improved … I’m very disappointed with my UP. Yes it is a “basic” Jawbone UP band but I’ve had it for 5 months and in the past month I am lucky if I get 3 days on a full charge and it “stops” working in the middle of a day or night or “whenever”.
I originally got this one because everyone was complaining about the Fitbit and how they were having trouble with the battery life … guess this is the same – at least my band and my daughter’s band (we got them together to “track” while she was away at school)

I purchased the ‘regular’ Jawbone UP a few months ago. I wore it and lost it at a spa. I didn’t replace it because I wasn’t crazy about having it around my wrist all of the time and its connectivity, or lack thereof. I’m trying to decide if to get another one or try Fitbit.
