One of my favorite things to give, is a gift that the recipient can enjoy long after the holiday has ended. In the past it has been as simple as next year’s calendar, a subscription to a magazine that I KNOW they’d love, or for the food & wine lovers (like me) – a subscription to a service like the California Wine Club.

• Give them a card with clues in it: perhaps to URL’s to pinterest with pictures of wine, a link to Champagne Living, or questions like “What’s red and white, not striped, and comes to your door monthly?”
• Cute wine charms
• I will be wrapping up a bottle of December’s Daniel Gehr’s Chenin Blanc along with a gift tag (giving my OWN wine up isn’t easy, but it’s a sacrifice I make for gift giving…LOL)
