Don’t you DARE tell me that you don’t Rock Out singing at the top of your lungs when you’re cruising down the highway. You have a FAVORITE CD or that song that you remember from high school comes on the radio and there you are – head bobbing, singing, tapping your fingers on the steering wheel.

One2One Network sent me a copy of “Rock of Ages” Original Broadway Cast Recording. Knowing that Constantine Maroulis (of American Idol fame) played the lead of Drew, I was hopeful. I popped the CD in and took off down Rt. 95 from the Treasure Coast down to Fort Lauderdale (a good hour+ drive). From the minute “Just Like Paradise” came on, I was singing and tapping and bobbing my head. Rarely does this happen with a NEW CD, but I KNEW each and every song on it. WOW!

Set in a club on the Sunset Strip in the late 80’s, Rock of Ages is your typica lsmall-town gir meets rocker wannabe and their on again off again love affair. Set to music by Bon Jovi, Pat Benetar, Twisted Sister and other great metal bands, you’ll be singing along just like I was. Rock of Ages was nominated for 5 Tony Awards, and I’m looking forward to seeing it next time I’m in the City.
