Fruit2O Essentials – How do they do it?

I was recently sent the CUTEST set of Fruit2O Essentials. They came packaged in a berry box, a citrus bag, etc. all to get my attention and REMIND me that this NEW Fruit2O product is VERY special.

But, it has me scratching my head.

Why? Because one of our family favorite flavored waters Fruit2O now comes packed with 2 servings of fruit in every bottle. With delicious flavors like

  • Strawberry Kiwi
  • Cherry Acai
  • Blueberry Pomegranate
  • Cranberry Raspberry – MY favorite
  • Citrus
  • Peach Mango

They have that Fruit2O flavor that I really love in some AWESOME combinations. I’m not a big water drinker, so I rely on flavored water to get my H2O daily. BUT WHY AM I SCRATCHING MY HEAD?

Because the new Fruit2O Essentials contain 2 servings of fruit in every bottle with 0 (zero) calories. I can’t even IMAGINE how this is possible, but it is. Two servings of fruit is usually about 90+ calories, so I’m thinking that I’m keeping a supply of these in the house for my newest project (more about that another time). Not only that, but it also has 1 gr of fiber. So, not only am I saving calories, but at $1.29-$1.49 an individual bottle – I’m saving MONEY as well.

Now when I take my dog for a walk in the hot Florida sun, I bring along a bottle of this cranberry raspberry Fruit2O to get rehydrated as well as giving myself some meaningful nutrition.

Apparently, I’m not the only one in the house who’s loving these, because I went to the fridge today and noticed a few of them were MISSING! I’m a bit disappointed that I didn’t get to try them all, but I think it’s great that my family has no clue that they’re drinking something so good for them (and believe me, I’m not telling them).

Right now Fruit2O Essential’s is running a giveaway as well. You could win a

I think the "2 servings of fruit" has to do with the nutrients featured for that bottle, which is supplied in an amount that equals two servings of that fruit, for that nutrient. So, the cran-raspberry one has as much zinc, vitamine E, phosphorous, potassium, and manganese as 2 servings of cranberries and raspberries.

Different bottles seem to have different nutrient mixes. MY fave, the Peach/Mango one, has Manganese, phosphorous, and vitamine B5 among other things.

    What is vitamin B5 anyway???
