That’s just me doing a little wishful thinking. In all honesty, my diet has come to a screeching halt. I’ve spent the past two weeks downing Vanilla shakes and visiting the new Five Guys Burger and Fries that opened up nearby. I swear that I can smell those french fries from the mansion (it’s less than 5 miles away). When I fall, I fall HARD.
To make things tougher – this week “B” and I head to the Sundance Film Festival. I’ll be updating you with the BEST of the films, celebs and maybe even a party or two, which means drinks and great food. When I return it’s BACK on my program. So, what do I do in the meantime? I had lost quite a bit of weight and those few pounds that I’ve put back on make a difference when you’re under 5’1″. So…it’s SHAPEWEAR for me!
Thankfully Park City is casual, since it’s a ski resort town. I plan on wearing ShaToBu tights both underneath my skinny jeans tucked into boots as I walk to screenings (I normally don’t wear jeans, but with snow in the forecast for the weekend, it’s skinny jeans for me), and with skirts or dresses in the evening. Not only will I be holding in my bulging thighs, but I’ll be getting a bit of a workout without really trying.
HOW?
ShaToBu is based on the principle of resistance training. This simple, ingenious technology uses seamless resistance bands to make muscles work a little harder during natural movement, like walking or climbing stairs, while remaining comfortable underneath your clothes.
Non-binding, stay-in-place waist and leg bands prevent marking, bulging and rolling.
ShaToBu is made of Nylon and Lycra with overall moisture-wicking properties, and a cotton CoolMax gusset, to keep you cool and comfortable.
Easy enough to wear every day (and even replace underwear), ShaToBu offers a smooth route to a better-looking you!
Oh, I don’t expect to never have to exercise and just wear ShaToBu, but I can use all of the help that I can get…so, if this shapewear helps me to tone while I’m walking around the mall, pushing a cart through the grocery store , or celeb watching in Park City…I’m game.
If you’d like to add a little workout to your day without having to hit the gym, you can find ShaToBu at stores or purchase from them online. The prices are quite reasonable for shapewear – my high waisted tights were only $38.00.
