One of the keys of my F2F program is starting my day out with yogurt. There are a few reasons that I do this. The first is that I need the Calcium. Calcium not only aids weight loss, but for women it is so necessary to be able to protect ourselves against osteoporosis. I’ve already GOT osteopenia, so it’s a GIVEN. The second reason that I start my day with yogurt, is that I need a boost of protein ASAP. Otherwise I’ll be heading to the sugary cereals, etc.
As you know from some of my previous posts, Yoplait’s Fiber One yogurt, not only provides my much needed calcium, but it also contains 5 grams of fiber – to help keep me filled up PLUS it’s only 50 calories and has 0 (yup – ZERO) grams of fat.
Yoplait Fiber One 50-calorie yogurt is the only leading nonfat yogurt with 50 calories and 5 grams of fiber.
Available in four flavors –
Strawberry, Vanilla, Peach and Key Lime Pie (my favorite) – Fiber One 50-calorie yogurt is a delicious snack that is good for you, contributes 20% of the recommended daily value of fiber and is a good source of calcium as well as vitamins A and D.
Instead of munching on boring lower-calorie foods, you can now snack with zero guilt on Fiber One yogurt, a tasty way to help watch waistlines and keep calorie counts in check.
Fiber One 50-calorie yogurt features a ‘Hungry Girl Seal of Approval’, the first nationally distributed yogurt to receive this endorsement.
Yoplait Fiber One 50-calorie yogurt is available in the yogurt section of grocery stores nation-wide
