Did you know? Buena Park is the Halloween Capital of Southern California?

I am biased. Living near the theme parks means that I can enjoy a myriad of haunted houses all in one night. For those of you in Southern California, I’ve got a great list of places to visit in Buena Park, CA that will spook you to the core.

For the family who loves to scream together, there are some AWESOME spots for your entire family to enjoy the fesitivities during the Autumn season, and they’re all located in the Halloween Capital of Southern California! Families and thrill seekers alike are in for a treat at Buena Park, CA. Every October, the city transforms into a ghoulish town filled with tricks at every corner.

Take a bite out of Vampirate’s Halloween Show…
Beware of the bite at Pirate’s Dinner Adventure Halloween show – Vampirate’s! The haunting begins October 3rd and continues through the entire month of October. Enjoy dressing up in your favorite sweet or spooky costume, with contests held each Saturday and Sunday for ghouls and goblins of all ages.

Drink a witch’s brew at The Cauldron…

Pick your poison! Owned by former creative director of Knott’s Berry Farm, The Cauldron provides a dark fairy tale witch-themed sanctuary for the ultimate sensory experience. Check out the bar’s witching hour for the best deals on drinks!

Put on your Cowboy Hat at the Silverado Days Festival…

Come down to William Peak Park October 19-21 for the Annual Silverado Days Festival. The free three-day event entertains with delicious food, thrilling rides and family-friendly competitions.
