Life Credit Company Offers Financial Relief

I know that I have experienced the pain of losing a family member to cancer.  At the time, it is emotionally overwhelming as we try and take care of being there for our family or friends who are going through a serious disease of a loved one.  Sometimes we don’t have the option of helping financially.  What do we do?  One financial option is offered by Life Credit Company.  Help is offered in the form of a loan from your loved one’s or your life insurance policy.  When our family or we are diagnosed with a serious illness, the last thing we need is to worry about money – we are focusing on hope and energy to provide ourselves or our family member with support.

What Does Life Credit Do?

Life Credit, a licensed consumer lender, offers a program called a Living Benefit Program that helps provide financial funds to people who have a serious disease like cancer. Since December of 2012, Life Credit has provided over 10 million dollars in funding and improved the lives of countless individuals. Over the next 5 years, Life Credit will look to deploy an additional 200 million dollars toward loans.

What is a Living Benefit Loan?

A Living Benefit Loan is a type of loan based on life insurance as the collateral.  You can receive up to 50% of your life insurance policy’s death benefit to use now on anything you want to spend the money on.  If you have, let’s say, $100,000 of life insurance coverage, you can secure a Life Benefit Loan with Life Credit secured only by your life insurance policy.

You will not lose your life insurance when you take out a loan.  Your beneficiaries stay the same.  You must have at least $75,000 worth of life insurance coverage and have been diagnosed with cancer or any other serious medical condition to possibly qualify for a life insurance loan.

There is more good news.  The benefits of this kind of loan include:

Do I Have to Put up Collateral Besides my Life Insurance Policy?

From the Life Credit Company’s website

·         No Personal Liability

The Life Credit Life Benefit Loan is secured by your life insurance policy and you will never be asked to pledge additional collateral. Taking a loan against your life insurance policy has never been easier and can provide you with the financial help you need.

·         No Loan Payments

Whether you need cancer financial assistance or are suffering from another serious disease, you will never be required to make loan payments or incur any out-of-pocket expenses.

·         Policy Pays-off Loan

Your life insurance policy’s death benefit repays the loan and the remaining proceeds are paid to your beneficiaries.
