Eventually I’ll move from the mansion.

I’d love us to downsize and instead of just staying in Florida, I’d like to snowbird. A condo here and a condo there. I scour craigslist and the MLS every now and then to check out the deals. We’ve been this route many a time, having owned both condo’s and houses (even now I have a unit that I rent out). I can tell you from experience, it’s STRESSFUL.
