Let me see if I can give you a couple of hints by playing 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon.
- James Franco was in Eat Pray Love with Julia Roberts. Julia Roberts was in Flatliners with Kevin Bacon.
- Mila Kunis was in Extract with Kristen Wig. Kristen Wig was in Sundance Skippy with Kevin Bacon.
- Rachel Weisz was in Going All the Way with Jill Clayburgh. Jill Clayburgh was in Starting Over with Kevin Bacon.
That’s right. In February I’ll be spending time with Kevin & Michael Bacon (The Bacon Brothers), as well as the hilarious Dan Band at BaconFest. Ben & I will be taking in the concert, eating bacon dishes created by celebrity chefs and interviewing the iconic actor and his brother. Then I’ll be heading to the Emerald City for the Red Carpet Premiere with Disney for Oz the Great and Powerful at Disney’s legendary El Capitan Theater in Los Angeles before it hits theaters nationwide on March 8th.
Of course there will be plenty of interviews with the cast (and hopefully director Sam Raimi as well), and a peek at the DVD release of Wreck it Ralph, arriving on March 5. While I’ll be staying in nearby Pasadena at the Langham Huntington Hotel, I’ve made plans to spend some time with a few friends of mine in the fashion and movie business while I’m in town (I may stay a few days longer).
Of course I need YOUR help, because I haven’t even BEGUN to think of the interviews yet. If you have any questions that you’d like me to ask the cast of OZ the Great and Powerful. Please list them below and be sure to follow along on twitter, facebook and instagram as I trip down the red carpet and (hopefully) into the arms of some Hollywood Hottie.
OZ dates: February 13 – 15
Bacon Brother’s dates: February 23rd (although the interview may happen on the 22nd)
OZ Hashtag: #OZDisney Event (make certain to follow me at: @zipporahs on twitter)
The Oz the Great and Powerful press junket is fully sponsored by Disney.

I’m an opinionated girl – so you’ll be reading my own thoughts.
Still Blonde after all these YEARS says
Oh I read every OZ book there was.
>>>Ask them if there is any plan to make use of all the L. Frank Baum books
>>>Why instead of using these original books did they come up with a script of their own?
>>>Which character is most like the original film character?
>>>What elements if any did they try to retain from the 1939 film?
>>>Why aren’t there any musical Numbers?
>>>Will there be a book to add to the series?
