Why I had 3ForMe Laser Treatments
I had 3ForMe Laser Treatments to improve the tone and texture of my skin, reduce the appearance of wrinkles, and reduce the appearance of sun damage and age spots. The 3ForMe Laser Treatment is a combination of three different laser treatments that work together to provide the best results. The first laser treatment is the fractional laser, which is used to resurface the skin and reduce wrinkles. The second treatment is the IPL, which is used to reduce sun damage, age spots, and other discoloration. The third treatment is the Nd:YAG laser, which is used to reduce redness and treat other skin conditions.
- Hint: I saw a noticeable improvement in my skin’s tone and texture, as well as a reduction in the appearance of wrinkles and sun damage immediately following my 1st treatment.
How to know if 3ForMe Laser Treatments are right for you
The best way to determine if 3ForMe laser treatments are right for you is to consult with a qualified skincare professional. They will be able to assess your skin type and condition, as well as determine the type of treatment that would be most beneficial for you. It is also important to be aware of any potential risks associated with the procedure, such as skin irritation, scarring, or discoloration. Only after a thorough evaluation will your skincare professional be able to recommend the best course of treatment for you.
- Hint: There may be other treatments available to you as well, depending on your skin tone. I was told that fair skin takes fewer treatments than dark or olive skin like mine.
What to Expect At Your 3ForMe Laser Treatment
At your 3ForMe laser treatment, you can expect a comfortable and professional experience. Your laser technician will apply a topical anesthetic to the treatment area to reduce any discomfort (in my case she plastered it on and waited 45 minutes before beginning). It feels much like the numbing that the dentist uses, only in a gel. They will then use a handheld laser device to target and reduce unwanted pigmentation and wrinkles. Each pulse of the laser will feel like a warm pinch on the skin. After the treatment, you may experience some redness and swelling. Most patients return to their daily activities immediately after the treatment. However, you should avoid direct sun exposure and strenuous activity for at least 48 hours following your laser treatment. Your laser technician may also provide you with additional post-treatment instructions.
- Hint: If you have an aloe plant, you’ll want to use the fresh aloe on your skin post-treatment for a day or two.
More to Come
I’ve only had one treatment so far, but I plan to keep you updated as I go through my series of three. I am excited to see if the collagen improves and plumps my skin and to watch my dark spots flake off. As it does, I will update you on what to expect in the 30 days following your treatment and eventually tracking all three of my laser sessions.
