Thinking about having some “work” done?

I just caught word of an interesting educational tour that’s heading to  major cities. Face Forward has assembled an expert panel of the top cosmetic dermatologists and plastic surgeons (including my own doctor: Dr. Jason Pozner at the Sanctuary Medical Aesthetic Center in Boca Raton) to make sure that YOU have the best information on non-surgical alternatives to going under the knife (plastic surgery). The seminars will be held from now through January of 2012 and include stops in New York City, Chicago, Houston, Miami Beach and Los Angeles.

I’ve been thinking about getting a little filler (once I’ve lost all of my weight) lately. As you know, non-surgical facial rejuvenation has become a popular and safe alternative for those interested in achieving optimal aesthetic results without the risks and recovery of invasive surgeries. Still, being armed with knowledge BEFORE you undertake any changes is a smart move.

Face Forward is absolutely free, and  you’ll learn in a completely non-sales environment about the most cutting-edge procedures from a prestigious faculty of doctors and experts. Sessions open to the public are from 12:30 – 3:45 p.m. in each respective city.

  • What to expect during a cosmetic consultation
  • How and why Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, and cosmetic fillers work so well
  • What the potential side effects and complications are
  • What to expect during and after each procedure
  • How to find a qualified physician

According to faculty member Dr. Thomas E. Rohrer, “The vast majority of my patients consider non-surgical facial rejuvenation the most desirable and natural way to gain a more youthful appearance. They are seeking a safe, sound and effective alternative to surgery. They do not want to end up looking like celebrities who have obviously had too much plastic surgery. Face Forward events help patients to become informed and excited about the newest options available to them.”

The day’s sessions will include live patient demonstrations and presentations. They will take place on the following dates:
* Sat. Nov. 12, 2011: JW Marriott Houston
* Sat. Dec. 10, 2011: Gansevoort Miami Beach
* Sat. Jan. 21, 2012: Sofitel Los Angeles

If you’re at the Miami session, you  might just see me there.
