Summer + Ice Cream = Breyers Smooth and Dreamy

Truthfully, it’s not just summertime when I feel the urge to enjoy ice cream. It can be pretty darned hot here in Florida in March or April and there’s nothing that cools me down from the inside out, then ice cream.

While I love the ice cold treat, it likes me too. Specifically, it likes my hips, my thighs, my…..well, you get the picture. I’ve been trying so hard to watch everything that I’ve been eating, especially my treats. Fortunately, Breyer’s Smooth and Dreamy offers six rich flavors, that are 160 callories or less & between 4 and 6 grams of fat per serving.
