Rodents at the Mansion – Zhu Zhu Pets review & giveaway

Rodents have taken over the mansion, but don’t call the exterminator.

A few months ago (well, a bit more than that), my son got himself a hamster. He named her Phoebe and he was SO excited that Phoebe ended up with a Mansion and a Rolls of her own. Three days later, Phoebe seemed a bit…um, tired – because she slept and slept. No one dared wake her, but by day four he touched her and realized Phoebe had crossed the rainbow bridge. There was a lot of sadness at the mansion, so “B” adopted another hamster – Mr. Avery.

Mr. Avery is still alive, but has moved out. It was a mutual decision. He wanted to travel a bit and “B” couldn’t take care of him, so he went to live with a good friend of both “B” and “S.” Once again, there was sadness at the mansion.

Then a MIRACLE occurred. Okay, it wasn’t really a miracle. It was MomSelect asking if I’d like to review and giveaway the newest rage Zhu Zhu Pets.

Each Zhu Zhu Pets™ Hamster has its own unique personality and whimsical sounds! They interact with their environment and are programmed with two different modes:

• Loving Mode: Pet them, love them, hear them squeak and chatter

If I thought that Phoebe and Mr. Avery had a mansion….it was NOTHING compared to what these hamsters have. Our two little furry friends arrived with a complete Hamster “habitrail”, including kitchen, hamster wheel and more.

Not only was this SO much fun for “B” & “S”, but “T” (7 years old) and Baby “D” loved it as well. Even Mr. S and I got a kick out of them. Oh and there’s ONE MORE resident at the mansion who loves these little critters…..
