This week marks the 100th episode of Tony Bourdain’s No Reservations, and they’re celebrating by visiting my FAVORITE city (and the place he taped his very first episode).

It’s a fact that the cuisine in Paris is, was and probably always will be the best in the world. It’s infused with a sense of tradition. But as you’ll find out this Monday, that tradition and over-priced dining is giving way to a new wave of talented chefs who are bucking the old guard.
