In celebration of Hispanic Heritage South Florida, Macy’s at the Dadeland Mall (Miami, FL) is having a celebration extraordinaire. This event is being hosted by Verky Arcos of Latina Magazine and will include fabulous

- Educational Opportunities
In addition to a fashion presentation that features Macy’s recent Latina model search winners. Customers will enjoy a cultural celebration with an hors d’oeuvres menu created by the fabulous Miami chef and cookbook author Ana Quincoces. The mood will be set to the sounds of Latin jazz and the sizzling moves of South Florida salsa dancers.
Lancôme makeup artists will be on hand to teach how to get those perfect luscious lashes with professional makeup techniques as well as special product demonstrations.
AND…Attendees will also have the chance to apply for 2 internship opportunities and corresponding wardrobe scholarships with Macy’s and Latina Magazine. Melissa Campo from the Hispanic Scholarship Fund will be on hand to speak with future Latino leaders about the opportunities for college scholarships.
