I’ve been on a health quest for the past 5 months.  I began going to the gym, changed my diet completely, and taking vitamins.  You could say I’m a pill popper (and that sounds like a bad thing) but the results are in the pudding (sorry I but I had come up with something). (you really don’t know how happy that made me).  None of the pills were too big (you should see some of the footballs that I’ve swallowed in the name of health/fitness).

Six Nutrition believes in the pinpointing of 6 areas heart, joint, sex, muscles, mind, and energy. 

It includes everything a grown man needs.  I’m a gym rat and I definitely saw the difference in my muscles and energy right away.  I felt it in my endurance, by letting me kick up my daily cardio from an hour to about 2 hours.  With this increased cardio workout you would think that my joints would ache but they didn’t, I’m thinking that it’s all because of the joint pill.

I only have one complaint about the entire package (I know because I love to complain all of the time).  One of the pills smelled and tasted funky and it was hard to take down (actually it is quite a small price to pay when you’re getting so much with them).

I know that is kinda lame to think about but its my review so shut it.  Its really cool because each day’s pills are already separated for you, there is no need to think about anything! No AM/PM pills to separate, no multiple jars to put them in, nothing, just open a pack and crack a water and take them down.

So over all I absolutely dug the Six Nutrition multi-vitamin package.  They work and they are priced very affordable when compared to the way that I was purchasing my vitamins previously (one at a time – to the tune of $150 or so).

Unfortunately for some of you reading this, they are only made for men!  I’m definitely going to keep using them!
