Where did this summer go to? Holy cow, I haven’t even made it to the beach more than a couple of times and it’s OVER. I know, I live in Florida, but I tend to only go to the beach in the “off season” (May – Oct) because after that the traffic gets bad and you have to step on people to make your way from the boardwalk to the ocean.
I’m ready for Labor Day though. Why? Because it means a cookout extraordinaire and then to the beach club (providing hurricanes Eric or Fiona don’t put a damper on my plans).
A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of visiting the Unlever PentHOUSE while at BlogHer. I stopped at the I Can’t Believe it’s Butter station, because the smell was heavenly. The chef was making some wonderful shrimp scampi on skewers and I vowed when I got home to do the same. Luckily, I Can’t Believe it’s Not Butter must have read my mind, because they sent me some of their spray. Since Mr. S and I are watching our calories (he’s doing MUCH better than I am), the spray adds fresh butter flavor to your favorite summer dishes and with 0 calories, 0g fat, and 0g trans fat per serving.
