How to Master Your Summer

Florida life

When we moved from New England to Florida it was because we could live outdoors most of the year. I never thought that I’d come to love the heat of Florida summers, but it has become our favorite time of year. We spend the weekends gathered by the pool, cooking out with friends and family. Life is easy here.

Poolside parties

Spending our days and evenings in our backyard by the pool sets the scene for almost ALL of our get togethers. Because we have them so often – from intimate dinners for 2 or 3, to parties with all of the neighbors, I like to make sure that cooking is easy and that I’m not spending more than I have to. That’s the ONLY way that I can have them often.

My secret weapon to Master Your Summer

I buy all of my Tyson, Unilever and Bimbo products at Sam’s Club. Whether I’m making a quick BBQ or creating a masterpiece, I always have THESE on hand in my refrigerator and freezer:

  • Tyson All Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
  • Ball Park Tailgater Crustini Buns

If I have unexpected guests, I am that Girl Scout who is always prepared.

How to WOW them

Zippy’s BBQ Chicken Breast sandwiches for 8

  • 4 Tyson All Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • BBQ Glaze
  • Spicy Mayonnaise topping
  • Lettuce, Tomatoes
  • Ball Park Tailgaters Crustini Buns

BBQ Glaze Recipe

  • ¼ c Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
  • ½ c your favorite BBQ sauce
  • ¾ tsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Mix together and spread on chicken before grilling.

Spicy Mayonnaise Topping

  • 1 c Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 2 tsp chopped dried parsley
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Mix together and spread on Ball Park Tailgaters Crustini Buns

Grill chicken coating with BBQ Glaze on both sides over a medium heat until center temperature is 170 degrees.

Cut chicken breasts in half and place each half on a Ball Park Tailgaters Crustini Bun topped with Spicy Mayonnaise Topping, lettuce and sliced tomato.

Serve with fresh fruit salad and your favorite side dish.
