Fiber One recently sent me one of the Fiber Friend gift baskets to get me back on track. I’ve been VERY, VERY bad about watching what I eat and I really appreciate all of the help that I can get. I went out and bought the Fiber One Yogurt (totally expecting to hate it) and I LOVED it. I’ve always eaten yogurt in the morning and now I’m able to add some extra fiber to my diet. It filled me up more than what I had been eating and it’s yummy like yogurt’s supposed to be. I think this is just the jump start that I need.
