Companies who give back to the community REALLY create the good life.

Franklin Covey is doing something WONDERFUL for those of you who are unemployed. They are going to make it easier for you to get organized in your search for a NEW JOB. It’s hard enough to get yourself in gear to job hunt, they feel that by keeping track of all information, contacts, appointments, job leads, and interview notes can make a job search less stressful and more productive.

On Saturday, March 21, individuals who have recently lost their jobs are invited to visit a FranklinCovey store nationwide to receive a free 2009 Franklin Planner.

To receive a free planner, visit a FranklinCovey store this Saturday, March 21. Individuals recently unemployed can receive a 2009 Franklin Planner for free by providing the names of their last employer and supervisor, and the date they were laid off.

To find a FranklinCovey store near you, visit our online store locator here. So, mark your calendar and get your job search into full gear so you can live the good life.

If you would like to implement some of Stephen Covey’s best ideas, you can use this web aplication:

    http://www.Gtdagenda.com

You can use it to manage and prioritize your Goals (in each of your life’s categories), projects and tasks, in an intuitive interface. It has a Checklists section, for the repetitive activities you have to do, important but not urgent (Quadrant II, for example your routines/habits). Also, it features a Schedules section and a Calendar, for scheduling you time, activities and for the weekly review.

Some features from GTD are also present, like Contexts and Next Actions.

And it’s available on the mobile phone too, so you can access it wherever you are.
