I am a die hard sweepstaker, what can I say. I’d stand up at any meeting and pronounce it loud, clear and with pride. I mean, how else am I to live this Champagne Lifestyle? I’ve been lucky (and I’ve been persistent), which has allowed me to win trips, a car, etc. But, enough about me. It’s all about YOU today. It’s Thanksgiving and MY yearly tradition is the Comedy Central Thanxgiveaway.

So, I figured…hey, why not make life easy for you and list the codes HERE on Champagne Living.

Here are the rules ~

Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. To be eligible for the Grand Prize entrants must possess a valid driver’s license in the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia.

Comedy Central’s “Thanxgiveaway Wiikend” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 11:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 27, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 7, 2008 (“Promotion Period”).

Each day during the 2008 Thanksgiving holiday weekend, November 27-30, 2008 (hereinafter, “Thanxgiveaway Wiikend”), code words or phrases (“Codes”) will be displayed on the Comedy Central cable television network. Entrants will need to have these codes in order to enter the Sweepstakes. There will be a new Code every hour and you may enter online one time for each different Code for a total of 12 entries per person per day. There will also be a “Mobile Only” method of entry.

There are several ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

Online Entry: access Comedy Central’s website at http://www.comedycentral.com/thanx and follow the instructions for completing and submitting an entry. You may enter the Sweepstakes for multiple hours in a single online entry by including the hourly code word or phrase for each such hour in your entry. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 7, 2008.

Mail-In Entry: mail a postcard on which you have hand-printed your name, address, daytime phone number, age and the specific day for which you are entering, to: Comedy Central’s “Thanxgiveaway Wiikend” Sweepstakes, PMI Station, PO Box 3569, Southbury, CT 06488-3569. Each single mail-in entry will count as 12 entries (one for each hour) for each day you enter. You must mail a separate mail-in entry for each day, to be eligible for that day’s hourly drawings. Entries will not be carried forward for subsequent day’s hourly drawings. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 8, 2008 and received by December 12, 2008.

Mobile Only Prize Entry: Text the Keyword ENTER (the “Keyword”) to “Short Code” 44686 using a wireless device capable of 2 way text messaging (you must provide your own device). Once you have properly text messaged the Keyword to the Short Code, you will be sent a reply via text messaging confirming your entry. All text message entries must be received to “Short Code” 44686 by 11:59 PM ET on December 7, 2008.

To enter the “Mobile Only” Prize drawing without sending a text message, hand print your name, address, daytime phone number, age and the word “ENTER” on a postcard and mail it to: Comedy Central’s “Thanxgiveaway Wiikend” “Mobile Only” Entry, PMI Station, PO Box 3574, Southbury, CT 06488-3574. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 8, 2008 and received by December 12, 2008. Regardless of method of entry, there is a limit of one entry per person in the “Mobile Only” Prize drawing.

The total number of entries one person may submit during the Promotion Period is limited to forty-nine (49) entries per person, regardless of method of entry. Multiple online entries for any one Code from any one person/email address will void all but the initial entry for that Code. Multiple mail-in entries for any one day from any one person will void all but one mail-in entry for that day.

Prizes:

(1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive a 2009 Toyota Scion xB automobile (“Vehicle”) with customizable options of the winner’s choice from a list provided by Sponsor; $5,000 cash (awarded as a check); two (2) Wii™ consoles; one (1) Wii Fit; one (1) Wii Music; one (1) additional Wii Remote ™; one (1) additional Nunchuk™; one (1) copy of Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Mario Kart and Super Mario Galaxy games for Wii; and one (1) Canon camera. Total approximate retail value of Grand Prize: $27,648.43.

(48) Hourly Prizes: Each Hourly Prize will consist of one (1) Wii console, one (1) additional Wii Remote ™; one (1) additional Nunchuk™; one (1) copy of Super Smash Bros. Brawl game for Wii; and one (1) Canon camera. Total ARV of each Hourly Prize: $531.48.

(1) “Mobile Only” Prize consisting of one (1) Wii console, one (1) additional Wii Remote ™; one (1) additional Nunchuk™; one (1) copy of Super Smash Bros. Brawl game for Wii; and one (1) Canon camera. Total ARV of the “Mobile Only” Prize: $531.48.

Total ARV of all prizes: $53,690.95.
