BBB – Butterball Bound

I’m all packed and ready to roll. My limo comes early tomorrow and by evening I’ll be having dinner with the Butterball team of bloggers and some of the ladies of Butterball turkey. Like last year, you’ll get to come along (so follow the tweets and updates) and I’ll have PLENTY of fun photos for you.

I’m just wondering WHAT cooking method I’ll be using for my turkey this year. Last year, as the newbie blogger I got to make a rather traditional roasted turkey. Keep your fingers crossed that I don’t have to MICROWAVE mine this year, but if I do, please humor me and tell me it looks good 😉

Of course this means that I’ll be getting the 411 on great turkey recipes, as well as side dishes and desserts. But the BEST part? It’s digging in to a pre-Thanksgiving Dinner, and meeting those wonderful people who make up the Turkey Talk Hotline. Yes, I’ll be spending Thursday with those nice people who answer the 1-800-BUTTERBALL through Thanksgiving.
